Trails Club members enjoyed a Halloween party Saturday October 29 at Nesika Lodge. We arrived mid-day and pretty much kept indoors all afternoon since it was raining hard. Nancy Overpeck and helpers prepared dinner on the wood stove and the children carved pumpkins which were displayed on a log outside the lodge after it got dark. Phyllis Dinges organized the party. About a dozen children put on costumes and treated the adults to a haunted house set up in the woodshed adjoining the kitchen. They had such a good time doing it, adults went through over and over. Pictured here are some of the costumes; child and adult alike.
